Coach Ruley brings passion, experience, and a player-centered approach to the game of softball. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to developing both skill and character, she focuses on shaping well-rounded athletes who excel on and off the field.

A former collegiate athlete at the University of Maryland, Coach Ruley has spent the past 26 years coaching at all age levels, sharing her extensive knowledge and love of the game. For the past eight years, she has proudly served as Head Varsity Coach at Dominion High School. Her coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork while fostering a positive, competitive environment. She believes in teaching the "why" behind every play, helping players build confidence, game awareness, and a genuine passion for softball.

Coach Ruley's philosophy centers on hard work, accountability, and respect — values that extend far beyond the diamond. Under her guidance, players are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another, and pursue excellence with integrity, reaching their full potential as athletes and as people.
