FORCE Softball
Coach Perez is the founder and head coach of the Loudoun Force 10U softball team. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, he grew up immersed in a strong baseball culture and went on to play college ball. After college, he helped found Potomac Clementes, a men's baseball team where he still takes the field when time permits. He brings a development-first approach focused on fundamentals, discipline, and building strong softball IQ in every player.
His philosophy centers on hard work, respect, and helping players grow through consistent, structured practices. Jon coaches with high expectations and positive accountability, holding his athletes to a standard while giving them the support they need to reach their full potential.
